Speckled Eyeliner Tutorial

Who doesn’t love a little speckled eyeliner?  I mean this isn’t speckled eyeliner maybe it’s speckled eyeshadow…but the speckles are made of liner.  Hmmm.  Ok I’m going with speckled eyeliner.  That’s today’s tutorial, and guess what?  It’s actually super easy.  It looks all interesting and detailed but honestly if you cant do some speckled pattern then you probably cant do winged eyeliner either.  In which case you are going to need to consult a different tutorial.  Which is something we can deal with on a different day.
