Tarte Swamp Queen Palette Tutorial | FridayFaces 47

I totally wasn’t going to do another Tarte Swamp Queen Tutorial because the palette was suppose to be sold out, but because everyone loves Bunny so damn much they decided to release more!  So I figured one more time around the block with a really different tutorial than last time would be good for everyone.  I get more use out of this palette, you guys who just got the palette can get some ideas on how to use it.  It’s a win- win….or as Michael Scott would say win-win-win.

This time I went for a warm tone (big surprise) daytime smokey eye look with a little, subtle pop of lavender in the inner corner.  Over all the look is pretty much entirely matte though.

Fun Fact…this is almost exactly the same look at the one in the video but the lip is different!  It’s  always amazing to me how changing the lip color can make a look be completely different.  It totally changes the mood and the feel when you add a dark velvety lip.  Speaking of which, I busted out the dose of colors metallic liquid lips that they came out with for holiday last year and they are so velvety and amazing.  I layered this one over the Tarte Lip Paint in Acid wash because I wanted it to be really deep and dark, but its gorgeous on it’s own too.

Ok this last look is really simple and casual…just kidding it’s completely editorial and insane.  I recreated a face chart from Milk1422 on Instagram and it was so so so fun to do!  I’m not going to list all the products here because a lot of them are body paints and stuff that most people wouldn’t just buy but if you are really curious what I used it is all listed on my Instagram…which you should be following me on already anyway.  I mean helllooo WYD.

That’s all I’ve got for you today, but I will actually be back with a special Thanksgiving Makeup Tutorial in a few days, because lord know you need to look good so your family doesn’t judge you but you also need something durable for when you dive face first into a plate of potatoes, knamean?
